• The winners of prizes over THB 1,000 are liable to pay 5% government tax.
• Each winner is entitled to receive only one prize. 
• The prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other prize, and are non-transferable. If, for any reason, the winners cannot receive their prize, it will be forfeit. Royal Orchid Plus and Media Expertise International (Thailand) will take no responsibility and no substitution will be made.
• Royal Orchid Plus will send the prize to the contact address registered with Royal Orchid Plus after the result has been announced and the acceptance of the prize from the winners is made within 15 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) This may take up to 30 days.
• Any costs incurred additional to the prize will be at the winner’s own expense (e.g. tax, consular tariff, fee and etc.)
